As a Londoner born and bred, I would be delighted to show you around this vibrant and historic city, and share not only the famous highlights of the town, but also help you to discover hidden gems and secret London.
London town is a survivor, a place that is forever changing and reinventing itself. As a top film location for the likes of James Bond, Sherlock and Harry Potter the capital is not just about history. We can see current film locations and go on a journey through the streets of London to see places with links to its historic past from the romans to the royal family. The choice is yours!
I specialise in walking tours but we can be true Londoners and hop on public transport. From family groups and couples to students and seniors, there is something for everyone in London.
On Jill’s tours you will hear some of the many stories to be told about London past and present, and as one of her special interests is the Royal Family, you could venture outside the capital and explore some of the magnificent ancient royal palaces, such as Windsor Castle and Hampton Court Palace. These are just a short train ride from Central London.
If you want to travel further afield why not take a train with me to Oxford where there are ancient colleges in beautiful surroundings. We can explore the Harry Potter locations and see where The Lord of the Rings and the Chronicles of Narnia were conceived.
