Architecture & Interior Design in London
London is a fantastic place. A city where old and new architecture tastefully stands side by side. A place that constantly evolves yet proudly preserves its architectural heritage. London has become the world’s first National Park city with its many pocket gardens and parks, and it is in the top 10 of the world’s most sustainable cities.
This full-day guided tour will start at the City of London. Here you will see a building that survived the Great Fire of London, learn about and see the works of an incredible man who rebuilt over 50 churches after the fire, a unique dome, see the works of Edwin Lutyens who designed much more than the Cenotaph, see some example of Art Deco style and get up-close to the London’s ‘starchitects’ and look at some of London’s most sustainable buildings before heading to Hoxton to explore a hidden gem , The Museum of the Home and learn how domestic life and interior design has evolved in Britain throughout history.
